The different ways we feel, think and act can be confusing and overwhelming. So often, we can feel alone with our problems, unsure of where to begin. Therapy allows us to untangle, organise and understand what we're stuck on. With close to a decade of experience, I have had the privilege of working with and learning from people with a wide range of difficulties. This has helped me develop the knowledge and tools to confidently support people searching for understanding and direction, whether for a recent development or a lifelong issue.

Working as a psychotherapist in Cork, my extensive training in CBT, EMDR and IFS means that I can offer you a template to make sense of what you're going through while also enabling you with the tools to make the right changes. This dynamic approach provides the choice of working with the past, processing experiences that hold us back or focusing on tools to cope in the present.

I understand that therapy can be daunting. I hope to offer a personable, reliable and affable experience where you feel like you can build trust and are heard and understood. Within a couple of sessions, we would have a plan for therapy to bring about changes promptly while regularly reviewing progress.

If you are looking for a therapist in Cork or Fermoy, I provide sessions in a confidential and calm setting, as well as online.
